The restaurant Genussrabe is located in the Alps and surrounded by a pine tree forest with a of the Nockberge mountains. Why Genussrabe?

Our restaurant was named after a bird called Genussrabe – the nutcracker. In summer and fall, this bird buries hundreds of pine nuts as a winter supply, around 80% of which it finds again. The wonderfully fragrant pine trees, which make our forests here in the Nockberge so unique, grow from the remaining nuts and surround the Genussrabe restaurant.

Children’s play zone

A children’s play area is currently being built on the first floor. Here children can play together and find out lots of exciting information about our mascot, the nutcracker.

Seminar room

The seminar room is located in the attic of the restaurant, which is one of the oldest houses in the area. Here you can hold company meetings and seminars or relax with a yoga session. The high old roof structure and the view over the mountains offer plenty of space for creative ideas.
